In 1993, when Boris Yeltsin first took office in Russia, my wife and I felt a call from God to adopt children suffering in orphanages, despite the volitile times. Through this adoption experiment, indeed, our sons Micsha and Terry were two of the first eight children released from Siberia for adoption. We are the parents of four beautiful children. Having internationally adopted Micsha and Terry at nearly three years of age, we later discovered that they are both special needs children with life threatening medical issues not covered by health insurance plans. In the nine years since Terry's adoption we have been searching for a viable treatment. We have only recently discovered a treatment program that will heal the wounds of Terry's early severe deprivation. The drawback is, insurance will NOT cover any aspect of the cost ($12,000), because this proven and effective treatment is only available out of state. So we beg of you PLEASE give any amount that you can, as even little donations will assist in turning around this childs life.
