These men and women were from all walks of life and from all parts of this vast country of ours, as well as other parts of the world as our allies. My goal is to locate all state and national Vietnam memorials and make the sites available to anyone who would like to access the information.

I am a 55 year old North Carolinian. I have been married 36 years, have 3 sons and two grandsons. I was drafted in 1969, did my basic at Fort Bragg, N.C. and A. I. T at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. I was assigned to How Battery, 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment in January 1970.From there I was attached to C troop on How21, the FO track. I remained with C troop through April. I was then attached to HHT ( motor pool ) as How Battery's' representative to the PLL staff, responsible for trying to keep parts to the squadron. I will be adding more information to the page later, some personal and hopefully all interesting.
